This place is a hit or miss. So inconsistent with the pricing and flowers. My last time in there I bought sour diesel and animal face. Oh boy was I disappointed!!! After reading the reviews about the animal face I was expecting something good! I guess it’s just the customers don’t know any better and they r used to stuff like that. And the Sour D was the worst that I’ve ever had in my lifetime!!! There r so many other disparities out there with much better stuff and with prices that r constantly consistent from day to day. There’s too much competition out there for rise to be doing business like this. Just my personal opinion……..

To make a long story short, if your disposable pen dies after two weeks and you ask managment why that happened. It is NOT because there is a two week timer (which is absolutely ridiculous to begin with). I took matters into my own hands and asked the manufacturer. Here is it is, the pens are faulty and that is 2 pens now that have half of the oil left and I’m advised to break it and get the rest out. Don’t let them take advantage of you like they did me.

I believe there was a manager..Deborah or Debbie...who is the reason this dispensary is no longer the star of west palm. Long wait, no one cares. It’s hard to care when management doesn’t care either. My heart goes out to the employees. Get rid of Debbie and maybe positive change can take place.

I recently bought a product that didn’t function properly, tried to return it, and was met with an awful attitude by the tattooed woman behind the counter. I said to the bud tender, I guess you don’t want my money that bad today jokingly, his response was “ we don’t need your money anyways.” I responded back to his smart remark. I told him really because this is the only dispensary I ever walk into and it’s empty with no customers. Before leaving I tried to speak to someone else, I told him about the situation about the employee being rude and he said oh well, guess we don’t need your money....I then left The store because I wasn’t getting anywhere...I accidentally left the coupon so I went back in and asked for customer service number or DM number. He told me no because I don’t have to give it to you. I then told the new employee standing there good luck working for them if they don’t care about customer service they won’t care about you. I planned on making a complaint but was over it when I received better service one block away . Today I receive a letter in the mail certified from Rise.I’m guessing the manager was afraid I would make a complaint about him and he made this a way bigger issue then it needed to be. I’m still not upset lol I went to medmen down the street and spent Over $100.00. They have complimentary parking and gave me a discount. Purchasing Marijuana Products at Rise

After reading the reviews about the animal face I was expecting something good! I guess it’s just the customers don’t know any better and they r used to stuff like that. And the Sour D was the worst that I’ve ever had in my lifetime!!! There r so many other disparities out there with much better stuff and with prices that r constantly consistent from day to day. To make a long story short, if your disposable pen dies after two weeks and you ask managment why that happened. It is NOT because there is a two week timer (which is absolutely ridiculous to begin with). I took matters into my own hands and asked the manufacturer. Here is it is, the pens are faulty and that is 2 pens now that have half of the oil left and I’m advised to break it and get the rest out. Don’t let them take advantage of you like they did me.

I believe there was a manager..Deborah or Debbie...who is the reason this dispensary is no longer the star of west palm. Long wait, no one cares. I Put in an online order for flower pick up. I was given a coupon that was for rise, on the back dr name and WPB. I was told I could not use my $20.00 coupon it needed to be used in Deerfield. I said to the bud tender, I guess you don’t want my money that bad today jokingly, his response was “ we don’t need your money anyways.” I responded back to his smart remark. I told him really because this is the only dispensary I ever walk into and it’s empty with no customers. Before leaving I tried to speak to someone else, I told him about the situation about the employee being rude and he said oh well, guess we don’t need your money....I then left The store because I wasn’t getting anywhere...I accidentally left the coupon so I went back in and asked for customer service number or DM number. He told me no because I don’t have to give it to you. I then told the new employee standing there good luck working for them if they don’t care about customer service they won’t care about you. I planned on making a complaint but was over it when I received better service one block away . Today I receive a letter in the mail certified from Rise.I’m guessing the manager was afraid I would make a complaint about him and he made this a way bigger issue then it needed to be. I’m still not upset lol I went to medmen down the street and spent Over $100.00. They have complimentary parking and gave me a discount.
