First legal cannabis dispensary opens in Wayne County – FingerLakes1.com

Wayne County’s first legal recreational cannabis dispensary, NativeHaze Cannabis Co., celebrated its grand opening in Macedon on May 25. The event featured a live band, food trucks, and a tattoo tent, attracting a large and enthusiastic crowd.

Owners Andrea and Scott General, from Webster, navigated extensive paperwork and regulations to bring their dream to life. “We are looking forward to running a thriving local business as part of the legalized recreational cannabis industry,” they announced. The first 100 customers received free NativeHaze t-shirts, and the store offers a wide range of products, including cannabis flowers, pre-rolls, vapes, edibles, and beverages, as well as smoking accessories and Native American art.

Located at 1503 Canandaigua Road, the store operates Monday-Thursday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. All customers must be 21 or older to enter.
