First time at this location and what an amazing experience! From the second I walked in the door I was greeted by a very professional budtender with an amazing personality named, Mason. He was super helpful in making sure all my medicinal needs were met, while ensuring I had a wonderful shopping experience. This location is ideal and there are some great local eateries to check out if you're not from the area. I drove from over an hour away over and made the most of my trip , which I'm glad I did! I placed an online order and when I got there the only available budtender was explaining all their products to a new customer. Instead of making me wait, another staff member noticed this and logged onto a different computer just to ring me up. They also notified me of current sales while I was checking out. I went there for the first time a few weeks ago. The store was clean, quiet, and odorless. All of the staff, including the security guard, were polite and friendly. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Cody. He was extremely informative. Aside from the staff I’d definitely recommend here. Not only do you get the results you’re looking for, but they also have larger quantities available, which saves you money and time from having to go back and forth every time your 3.5g ( usually the largest quantity sold in other stores) is done.

It was a nice change from dispensaries where I sometimes feel that I’m being talked down to. The store is clean and well stocked. I was in and out quickly. I have a dispensary much closer to me, but I wait over an hour to find things out of stock and the employees rude or condescending. I would rather drive here! I will be back!

I normally have only good things to say about this dispensary, but last Monday I purchased 2 ground flower..one of the containers only weighed 5.69g it's suppose to be 7g. I called but no one answered so I left a voice mail of the problem & my number on Thursday, it's Monday & I've still not heard from them. I believe the other container was short also but I didn't weigh it.

Giving a 2 bc although the conversation and professionalism from Mason over the phone was on point. How they conducting business is not ideal or professionally ethical for a dispensary business. This dispensary does not allow you to view the flower at all prior to purchasing. No viewing jars, no viewing shelf nothing. You just have to take some random employees words to be sufficient enough with a photo online that can be enhanced and altered. It's 2022 and if you so worried about someone running out the door with a viewing jar maybe you shouldn't be in this business. They so use to dealing with children in their 20s that they forget about real patients that been doing this before they started their company. Extremely disappointing to the dispensary in Jacksonville that don't have viewing jars. Losing so much business out of professional ignorance. And their first timer discounts are the lowest in town. No regards in trying to be competitive.

Giving a 2 bc although the conversation and professionalism from Mason over the phone was on point. How they conducting business is not ideal or professionally ethical for a dispensary business. This dispensary does not allow you to view the flower at all prior to purchasing. No viewing jars, no viewing shelf nothing. You just have to take some random employees words to be sufficient enough with a photo online that can be enhanced and altered. It's 2022 and if you so worried about someone running out the door with a viewing jar maybe you shouldn't be in this business. They so use to dealing with children in their 20s that they forget about real patients that been doing this before they started their company. Extremely disappointing to the dispensary in Jacksonville that don't have viewing jars. Losing so much business out of professional ignorance. And their first timer discounts are the lowest in town. Rip Off Highly Do NOT RECOMMEND definitely not buy more save more false advertising. ....Manger stated there bundle deal is their every day deal not considered a special...Ok I'm a new patient I ask what discount they offer she states $50.00off $150 or 20% off ..never stated you can't combine bundle with new patient discount.. (When she plainly stated it's not a special it's there every day bundle deal) so instead of getting half for $144.00 like menu states she charged 48.00 a jar and took new patient $50.00 Off the final price..plus I purchased other products so instead of recommending maybe I should maybe make 2 purchases in order to benefit off discount..no she didn't do that plus I tipped her.

They are lacking in variety i feel and a little higher thc on the ground flower but besides for that they do fine by me always. Some really great strains and wow what love for the people with their compassion care. I highly recommend columbia care to those who are interested..the Jacksonville location has some of the best and most friendly staff. I was tended by Mason and he was spectacular. Very caring and compassionate with me. That is so appreciated especially figuring not everyone working in this industry is nice. Thanks Columbia Care for some great deals. The staff is relaxed and easy going (shout out and Hazel!) and there’s never ever ever a line!!Sweetest staff and security guard who always walks you out. Trulieve is too over hyped, they would get so packed and have an hour wait even with check in, and they would never answer there phones. This place always answers the phone and again, the atmosphere and deals are worth it 😊

I had an amazing experience at Columbia Care. Every one was so kind and knowledgeable and the dispensary itself was OUTSTANDING! I love the simplicity and the fact that all of their products are full spectrum. I have yet to find that on my medical journey. One thing I took with me was that it will always be the same product and I like that. It has been difficult for me finding the correct product and the consistency. Thank you Columbia Care for coming to Jacksonville. This is exactly the kind of medicine I have been looking for. I will be returning soon!
