First time customer. Would not return. Staff are supremely unbothered and the waits are long even if you order ahead (I had an e-mail saying my order was ready and when I got there they had to go out back to repack it????). Curaleaf is a better option if you're nearer to Orlando or Clermont.
Pretty terrible experience with the manager David, didn’t know anything about the sale that was going on. Came out three times to tell me something different, I went to Clermont once and they told me the correct info. Would rather run out of marijuana than to go here the Davenport location.
The one guy just makes the whole experience feel uncomfortable. They really should train these ones to deal with not only a customer but a medical patient. I won't spend any more of my hard earned money at this location. Shame.on you truelieve.
Went in for the first time to a dispensary today and was helped by Kimberly. She helped me learn about the process and even provided some very good recommendations that have been great. Highly recommend this location, the site is clean and the staff are all great. Kimberly was very kind and helpful even though I was flustered and confused, no judgements or anything and I really appreciate that.

I’ve been to this location so many times. I got to say they are the sweetest people ever. When I come in as a walk in because the online store isn’t working (like today) they are always so helpful and understanding.

This is the worst Trulieve I’ve ever been to. The customer service is horrible, and as far as others have said, the express queue is non-existent here. The queue shows I have 1 person ahead of me and the wait time is 5 mins, yet I’ve been sitting here for almost 20 minutes and I keep getting skipped. The Edgewater Trulieve is one, if not the smallest Trulieve, and their service is impeccable. They actually take Express customers since they have their order and JUST NEED TO PAY. WHY ARE YOU SKIPPING OVER AN EXPRESS PERSON NUMEROUS TIMES TO SERVE PEOPLE WHO ARE GOING TO TAKE 20 MINS TO ORDER. Do NOT come here. When I asked for a customer service email or number for a complaint, I was told to check the website. So helpful!! I usually drive 45 mins to go somewhere else (Shoutout to Surterra!). I would suggest everyone do the same.
I put in an order for a ground 7 grms and 1 eight. I received the notification to pick it up. I got to the store, and they asked me if I needed to make changes in my order. I told them no. When they call me in they gave me the price and it was only ten dollars so I asked if that was for 7 grams ground and 1 eight and they said no you only have enough for the 7 grams or 2 eights but we can't modify your order because you came in on the express line and we already put 1 eight aside but I was like I wasn't going to change anything but nobody never told me I didn't have enough allotment for everything so how would I know I would have to do anything to my order that's why I chose express. To make this long store short, they didn't let me get what I wanted unless I went back to the front and went back in line, so that irritated me. I didn't argue. I just left

This store is most definitely in the Top 5 WORST Trulieve stores to go too. They don’t put you on express when you place a pickup order and make no changes, you WILL get skipped in the queue because they don’t care about anybody’s time. Totally not like we don’t pay for our card, recommendations and everything we want here or anything. Not like the people coming in aren’t what keep the business here?? Make it make sense, the people here don’t care, they look at everyone as a nuisance and have the worst attitude n energy to be around. Before I elaborate on why this location only receives one star, I want to remind readers of a fundamental principal in customer service: customer satisfaction is a result of customer expectations (to be clearly delineated by the service provider) being met. Bear this in mind before rebutting.I ordered a pickup order to bypass the ever present line at this location. I live in about half an hour from the shop, so I figured this would give them time to process my order (2 cartridges).I walk in to a full lobby and an aloof and unfriendly person at the desk. I get maybe 10% of her attention as I check in and she tells me to wait. That’s it. So I wait. The screen in the lobby shows me as first in the pickup line and a wait time of 5 minutes. So I wait patiently.After about 15 minutes, watching person after person get called in, I ask Unfriendly whether I’m better off simply walking in, and what the point is of putting in a pickup order. Her response: “well, that really depends.” I wait for her to continue. She stares smugly at me. So I ask that she elaborate. I come to understand that my pickup wasn’t processed when I arrived and therefore I had to wait for it to be processed before being entered into the patient queue. My order had finally finished processing 5 minutes before I inquired regarding the wait. So I hadn’t even entered the queue until twenty minutes had passed. At this point I began to lose patience. I waited for another five minutes and, after YET ANOTHER walk-in got called in ahead of me, I asked them to cancel my order and left.Here’s the thing. I’m okay with waiting for an order to process. I’m a patient person. What I’m not okay with is standing around like an asshat with no information offered, no suggestions about running other errands and returning after receiving an email confirming my order was completed, or any other sort of suggestion that indicates any consideration for my time. That is what pissed me off and made me leave.Again. If the person working the desk had said to me: “it looks like your order is still processing, and walk-ins will go ahead of you in the queue until the order is complete. You will receive an email. Would you like to come back then?” I would have understood, run my other errand, and returned. But instead she chose to provide the bare minimum communication, and what was provided was as done with snark. As it was, I left without my purchase, and didn’t have time to run my other errand before my work meeting as intended.I will never patronize this location again. They have lost my business. Trulieve has one more strike before I boycott them entirely.
My “13 minute wait” ended up being over 2 hours… I dont care your selling- the apathetic, inaccurate time estimates provided by the staff are unacceptable.
Could be staffing issues but the issue has persisted too long at this location-unfortunately, you must devote at least 30-45 minutes to pick up your preorder. I’ve maybe gotten in and out in 15min two times in the last 6 months! Other companies will reach out to me if I have exceeded my limit. Multiple other instances that made me wonder what kind of training if any that the staff goes through. More training on strains, terpenes and the process is needed. They are all nice though!
This is probably the most unprofessional Tru I have ever been to.i could say getto. Came here waited for over 30 min for an express order while is appeared to be 8 min on the screen. This lady here is flirting with another person that apparently she knew and the face expression she gives clients coming in or the clients waiting here asking how long is the wait is just not professional…Ac is broken as well so the least we can receive is some acceptable customer service.I will personally drive to a different location and deal with anybody else but this female you have represented your store.
This store is dead slow... I live in Davenport but honestly is faster to go to the winter haven store and drive back home faster than this store will see me. Horrible team and the manager is no better. Everyone in the lobby is pissed.
The wait times at this store are ridiculously higher than seeing my primary doctor. Store in Davenport has plywood on the doors and now has seats in the dispensary room..What happen to privacy in the dispensary room, not safe as well for others to see a large order be purchased and walk out the door with someone, they can easily follow you out and god forbid take your medicine...you can't keep cutting hours till there is no one left to dispense your meds...Just seems like the black sheep store of the company...Need to do better corporate...better decisions...
I’ve been going to this location since I got my medical card & this will probably be the last. Every time you do an online pickup order and check in before walking in the door, every one still gets in before you. Pickup orders are also taking anywhere from 2 hours to 7 hours to complete. I’ve brought it to staff member’s attention more than 4 times and nothing changes. They’ve recently changed their procedure for waiting to be called back. You used to check in at the front, wait to be called, then go through the doors & be helped. They have now placed about 4 chairs in the middle of the back area and you have to continue waiting. The area is so small and not ideal for patients that have to bring small children. In the beginning, I always preferred this location because my son could walk around and not be in other people’s personal space while we waited. When we were actually called back, the person that came in AFTER me was being assisted and cashing out before my name was called. This is so unnecessary and extremely annoying. There are much better dispensaries in the area, it’s worth it to drive further than continuing to support this business.
I love Trulieve but not in Davenport! 12 people inside at 8:20 and they might not get to me that’s laughable I can walk into the one in Panellus County with 10 people there at 8:45 and we all get through but they make it happen. One girl in there said she been in there for an hour I laughed and said oh no thank you! You’re kidding me right? Just get these guys to speed up over here because I swear to you you will probably double your business here if you do
It's incredibly frustrating to receive a text that your order is ready to find out from the front desk that the wait is legitimately 30 minutes past the 38 minutes that was quoted on waitly!!! When I asked why there was such a disparity, I was told that it was because they only have 2 people working!!! Seriously, Trulieve??? This is happening more and more frequently. You guys won't always be the only dispensary in Davenport! Don't have me check in for my order if you can't see me in a timely manner. It's an ineffective system, and you are just alienating your patients. Your employees are always helpful and professional but are understaffed like crazy. Do better!!
The worst experience so far, they are BEYOND SLOW. It’s taking two days to receive a order that I have for pick up and express. Very unprofessional they turned off the light because they no longer were serving people when 9 came around on 4/20. They saw they people around and did not move quick enough to help not at all. I myself work in customer and this is NOT IT. The other trulieve is a better by the I-92. Avoid Davenport if you can
I want to personally thank Eddie and the full crew at Trulieve from being kind and patient in helping me with my Cannabis needs. You were professional and very knowledgeable and even though you’re not my primary dispensary, you made me feel at ease. I have been a Truliever since 2018 & they have been the MOST CONSISTENT with their products and service. I ABSOLUTELY recommend Trulieve and if you’re in Davenport, ask for Eddie. Amazing customer service. The front registration lady was wonderful and compassionate towards my wife with brain cancer. The back tech brought a chair in for my wife since she can’t stand for long periods of time. Thank you for being so compassionate and caring.

Best dispensary I’ve been to yet everyone is very helpful some people are a little bit not to sure of what’s happening due to all the great sales but I love it here
Staff is average, store is clean but product's which have never really been spectacular seem they will never get better or better yet are getting worse. Burned me as a patient for the last time as there are plenty of other quality dispensaries to spend my hard earned money at!
They have a problem aplying points to a sale they were able to add the snap but not the points i thought points were like money you gotta add 500!!! To get 10% and they gonna tell me they can’t add too manny discounts first location that tells me that and i shop at Trulive only!
This place has improved a lot since previous reviews I left. Used to really struggle to get their actual highest percentage and would watch my roommate leave with 25% while being given 19% and being told it was the best in. Usually people seem to actually check now. It seems like the business itself needs to get it together with what's available vs what's available on the webpage and not having to have everyone search for the best thing you have. Connect everything to the online system so your employees aren't playing a guessing game. When it's bought, the inventory needs to automatically be changing. You'd think a company making this much would have this in place already. 🤷 Either way.. the employees here have been very kind and the experience has improved.
Honestly, never have had a bad experience at this location and I’ve been coming for over a year. Especially as of lately, the customer service is phenomenal. I love every employee I’ve come across here and appreciate their knowledge and efficiency!!
Normally I don't patron this location, but I was in the area, and needed medication, so I found this Trulieve. WOW, great customer service, as I've experienced in my regular location, and even though they had a line, service was quick, and with a smile, always making sure I'm taken care of. Thank you for another amazing experience. Oh, and the decorations were adorable!
Most trips to trulieve are quick and easy - I love it. Today was no different other than the receptionist who made my day much better with her kindness. She is the reason I wrote this review. Even offered me water, which was a first. Thank you, Janine!
Recently had the pleasure with working on my order with Kris. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with my order and he really cared. Answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable in the store. He recommended some products that are just amazing, Chef's kiss. The store is always a good experience, some times the wait is long but that's what happens whenever you want great product. Everyone is super nice even when they have to deal with the rude/nasty people. 5/5
Do not go here. Staff is so slow. On their phones instead of helping. Pulling people in front of you after you been sitting there for 30 minutes. You can't pull every one in front of walks in our they never go. Last time i placed an online order an 7 hours later i just had to show up cause they never filled it. Called the State to report this place. Hope they fire these employees an get new ones who can actually work. I suffer from bad anxiety an this place made it so bad. I'm coming for jobs. Got 2 of the color carts. They didn't work on my battery. I brought them in to see what was wrong. Apparently they need a stronger battery and they don't sell them. I exchanged those for some cookies and a new battery. There is something wrong with the NEW battery I just got. So have to wait in line yet again. Curaleaf is much better. They ALWAYS have deals and I have yet to have any issues there.
Clean and professional atmosphere. Wide variety of products. Staff is always willing to help. Delivery available for a fee unless you spend a certain amount, then fee is waived. Delivery might take longer than 24 hours and sometimes they don't call so you end up waiting around all day. I recommend ordering online ahead of time and picking up in store. Walk-ins welcome.

I have given this Trulieve ample opportunities to get their stuff together, but it seems like they just can’t get it right. You order a pick up and it takes 24 hours plus to confirm the order or just get a text that it’s ready for pick up. Today I ordered delivery for same day delivery due to not having a vehicle all day was quoted between 1pm- 7pm after a call to the support center because you can’t contact a direct store they tell me they are going to deliver in the morning crazy no notification call or anything to me. They advertise free shipping over $200.00 crazy my order was well over $200.00 subtotal I got the charge for $15.00 but this is where the last straw came, I picked up said order after 7pm being toldI would not get it until tomorrow and they still charged me 15$ for shipping when picking up said order. They cannot get your order delivered or ready for pick up in ample time but also have people that don’t pay much attention what they are charging you. Of course no breakdown of price or what’s being charged until you get your reciept and walking out. This is a shame that this store can’t get it right but something needs to change.

This location used to be TOP notch… Now it seems anymore they take HOURS to fill orders, And then you finally come to pick up and have to wait 30/50 minutes to pick up.They do not utilize the express service like other Trulieve locations. Most of the staff have horrid attitudes and are so rude to patients when asking simple questions almost making them feel stupid.I’m not one to complain so I will also leave this very brief but it saddens me to have to just stop using this location. As there are other trulieves in the state and other dispensaries that can fill in a timely manner and provide excellent product

Had a delivery issue 2 weeks ago. Did the online chat to reach out for clarity and options . Finally received a phone call from the manager, Alex. Honestly , was a pleasant conversation to have . Even with the frustration. Alex, was very understanding of my frustration. As I tried to be empathetic towards his situation as well. Long story a little longer (lol)… Alex made sure what I ordered was there for me when I arrived and he even came over to assist with my checkout . Great job Alex. I appreciate your professionalism.
Went there the other day as a newbie with all this stuff and Colby was such an amazing source of information that even when I felt confused, he would explain things for me. Also, I felt so welcomed by everyone else that I will most definitely be coming back.They also have amazing deals at this location!
I would only give this Location 3 Stars because they had what I wanted in Stock. The Representatives that are working at this Davenport location are not as Friendly like every other Trulieve I have been to!I was actually surprised because I have been in Trulieve Shops all over and I was absolutely Satisfied with them. Anyway I hope their people get better and gain a little more knowledge.
When I got home and opened up my medicine I realized there was an item missing so I immediately drove back over to get it situated. Not only were the manager and worker extremely nice and helpful, but they showed me on the cameras that I did have it in my bad and something like that goes a long with for someone with memory issues. I ended up finding what was missing and a very random spot at home, but the way they treated me made a lasting impression.
I’m fairly new to this process and Vinny helped me out tremendously. He took the time to explain different products and their uses. I would recommend Vinny and this location to anyone!
I normally love Trulieve. But almost every time I visit the Davenport location, I come across some type of issue. Whether it’s incorrect information, my order has mysteriously been removed, a 2 hour wait or the way that I never get a set answer to a question. I really like the Trulieve brand, but this location needs to get it together. Nobody wants stressful issues when they just want to relax.

Not the pleasant experience that we expected. First, the building is a bit weird looking from the outside and all the windows were covered so you couldn't see inside. Once inside the music was too loud and you couldn't hear what the front desk attendants were saying with the mumbling with the masks on. Although they were very friendly. Once we went in the back to the dispensary we weren't really welcomed and staff wasn't very friendly. For the first time there plus using Medical Marijuana the first time I would think the process should be explained to us, and what actually we need and side affects. The attendant behind the counter that we had was a young girl and wasn't very customer friendly and kept flipping her hair back. We had to ask all the questions to get what we needed with no help from her. Plus when it was time to pay, it took 4 DEBIT cards to finally pay, because they didn't accept CREDIT cards. Also, the bill was for $97 and she said that she had to round it up to $100 and give us the $3 back. What??? In my 70 years of life I never heard of that . We came out more stressed than we came in.
Dillion was awesome! Highly recommend seeing him! He knows the product and gives really great recommendations on what you're seeking medication for. Made sure I knew of all potential products and helped me out as a first timer! Definitely will be back to see him!
As a local to this Trulieve, I have to say this is by far my favorite dispensary. The staff is incredible! I love seeing my regular bud tenders (like Colby and Jay!) and meeting new ones (like Joy and Dillon!). Alex the manager is always around and it really feels like a big family rather than a transactional business. Thank you, so much! Can’t wait to come back!

This is my first experience in this area so I am a real "babe in the woods" but need relief from chronic pain, stress and BPD.Colby was really wonderful at taking the time to walk me through the process, explain everything to me and make me feel confident in my choices. The entire staff is warm and kind; much better than I have encountered in many mainline medical centers. They know their products very well and do all they can to make things stay in an affordable price range (unlike insurance run medications) The environment is clean , safe, social distanced and has a welcoming air like a hug.

This is my second store I've ever used with Trulieve, and the building is clean, up-kept, and in amazing shape, as well as the staff being very kind, helpful, and courteous. I've visited three times now, and I've worked with Colby, who is a very cool guy and is very helpful and sociable as well. Definitely look forward to coming again!

Emily at the front desk saved me today - and I’m beyond grateful!!!!!So, I have been a Trulieve customer since I moved to & became a patient here in FL last year. From the knowledge, to customer interaction and service, to the peace of mind I have when I leave - I’m always blown away by their staff.Today, upon arriving early in the morning to get my medication, I was told that recommendations had expired. I was never notified by my doctor about a renewal appointment - and of course it was a Sunday, and their office was closed. INSTANT PANIC. Dealing with the chronic pain from my condition has been a battle I’ve been fighting for 10 years now. So when I can’t medicate, my body essentially shuts down. But answers and solutions!They helped me find a doctor that was open, and could renew my recommendations. A few hours, a phone call, and a little bit of money to the doctor and BANG BANG. All set. Problems solved. I can’t thank you guys enough for always sticking by your patients, and always going the extra mile for us. From someone who was positive their day would end in pain and disappointment - this was a miracle. Emily- you saved my a**** today, and thanks to you I can go to work without worry of my condition keeping me from performing. The gratitude simply can’t be expressed enough! Thank you Trulieve!

Everyone is so friendly here! I always have a good experience. Today, Colby helped me out! And he was phenomenal. He ensured I received the proper sales/discounts on my items, and also checked every cabinet and shelf for the items I was hoping to purchase, since inventory was a little low. I will gladly continue supporting this dispensary. 🙂
I love this Trulieve. Super clean and curious. Its really busy in the afternoon so online orders and checking for pickups recommended! AWESOME AND KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF. This is how all businesses should take after this company. No matter where in Fl you visit a trulieve and its obvious that this company and employees take a tremendous amount of pride in their presentation of themselves and this establishment.
Absolutely love this place! I was helped today by Herb, who did a fantastic job of finding what works best for me, mentioning different products & suggestions based off what I told him. I am definitely going back, and would highly recommend this place to anyone(of age & proper ID).
I had Sierra help me today. She was awesome. She was super helpful and went above and beyond. I have been to many other dispensaries and this one is the best by far. I highly recommend!

I know this Trulieve location just opened, but I love them already! They are clean and efficient, and always have good stuff in stock. And SHOUT-OUT TO MY FAVORITE BUDTENDER, EMILY!!! She is ALWAYS helpful, nice, and genuine. And her makeup is always on point, so jot that down 😉
I went there this afternoonI had no idea there was one close to where I liveWhen I first walked in I seen 4 people sitting there in the lobbyThe people who greeted me at the desk are so nice and pleasant.I only waited 10 mins to go backI was called back by the manger and then he handed me off to Emily to help meLet me tell you this has been far most the best I have ever experienced at a dispensary with being explained everything and no question was considered stupid to her.The prices are very reasonableThe rest of the staff was very friendly.I will definitely be returningAnd once again thank you Emily
I’m gonna rate this honestly, this Trulieve seems very clean and quick. The front desk woman and security guy is awesome. Once you go into the back it’s a different story. My bud tender was not friendly and tried to pull some sly stuff. If you are paying with card or cash make sure when they round up to get your cash back. Because one of the girls named Emily never gave me my cash back. I’m not sure if it was mistake or if she does it a lot. This doesn’t change the fact that this store is good and I still plan on going. Just want other customers to watch out for this.
I want to take time and say this is by far the best Trulieve location I ever been to. The staff and environment is amazing! They will go beyond measures to make sure your happy !! I want to personally thank Alex the Manager he is one of the best !! He really cares and treats everyone with respect! Alex will go out his way stop what he’s doing just to make sure you have everything you came in for !! Davenport is really lucky to have him !!
The Trulieve store in Davenport is super handy right off I-4 at Hwy 27 in Davenport and has ample parking. I gave been there twice now and have been pleased with the service both times. The folks are welcoming and friendly. Beth was rep who helped me last time and she was a pleasure to work with.

For a brand new store their customer service is already leaps above the other Trulieve locations that I've visited. They have done a great job of keeping patients informed of wait times. Anthony has helped me twice. He was very knowledgeable. Both times he was able to make sure I got exactly what I needed for my ailments.
The store is awesome, super clean everyone is very friendly and polite. Decent and diverse amounts of products in. Quick in and out service. New store with new people so normal quirks nothing major. Beth is the best super friendly and polite.
Great, clean, friendly. Little busy, but that's to be expected of a brand new place around Christmas time. Very happy to have this store this close. Receptionist was extra cheerful. I don't remember the name of the lady that checked me out, but she was very nice and accommodating of my questions.
